**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in and manage the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.
- Undertake characterization of the material properties and structure of fluid suspensions and particulate active ingredients.
- Investigate the impact of material structure and formulation on active ingredient behavior and morphology.
- Support the development of a manufacturing process and product design for stable active ingredient suspensions.
- Carry out Risk Assessment, and ensure compliance with Work, Safety and Health Regulations.
- Coordinate procurement and liaise with vendors/suppliers.
- Work independently, as well as within a team.

**Job Requirements**
- Have relevant competence in the areas of processing technology and analytical instrumentation.
- Have a degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of any of the following will be advantageous: rheology, pharmaceutical processing, microfluidics, microscopy, gels
