Work at Sphere
- Ensure that customer experience is delivered in alignment with the Sphere Culture
- Assist in creating, coordinating and publishing social media content in alignment with Sphere brand image
- Assist in developing social strategies to support partnerships and collaborations that connect Sphere to the right target audience
- Internalize and bring to life the Sphere brand, voice, mission and values and be a true representative of the brand
- Timely response to request and enquiries via phone, web and walk-ins
- Resolve disputes and issues with customers and take ownership of feedback
- Ensure that the whole space is well maintained and that appropriate SOPs and internal processes are being followed
- Manage the on-boarding process with clients
- Engage and build client loyalty
- Assist with the closing of sales

Qualities
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Hospitality background would be an added advantage)
- Ability to identify customer needs, provide a solution and manage expectation
- Ability to improvise on job and willingness go the extra mile
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders
