- Patient therapy set ups, full training is provided
- Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
- Check-in & out patients using cloud-based software
- Managing patients' expectations and feedback, educating them with the correct information about our services and products
- Demonstrating and teaching rehabilitation exercises to patients
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
