**What the role is**
- Temporary Senior Executive / Executive (Temasek SkillsFuture Academy)

**What you will be working on**
- To oversee the administration of CET Diploma and post
- Diploma Full-Qualification Courses - To maintain proper documentation in programme management - To liaise with Schools, relevant internal departments, funding agencies, organisations and other stakeholders in the planning and execution of courses and ensure organisational goals and service excellence are achieved - To work with external partners (e.g. Universities or private/government organisations) on course collaborations and support in creating strategic partnerships - To handle students matters as the Programme Overall-In-Charge - To support front-counter duties, handle queries and provide advice to public and students on course-related or financial-related matters - To monitor performance using data analytics and statistics - To contribute to poly-wide/department-wide events or activities (e.g. roadshows, career fairs, workshops, CET graduation ceremony) - To contribute in any other special projects or administrative duties as assigned by the Polytechnic. - To adapt to changes in the CET landscape and work with the different stakeholders on the smooth implementation of new systems.
