Looking for a responsible and friendly part-time Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.

Assist male doctors during consultation and procedures (when required).

Handle and support basic administrative tasks.

Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure an orderly environment for a smooth workflow.

Support medication dispensing and provide patients instructions.

**Requirements**:
Able to commit to the following hours:Tuesdays & Thursdays night (7pm -9pm),

Sundays morning (9am -12noon).

Friendly, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible and punctual.

Basic computer literacy.

Able to communicate in Mandarin or dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, etc.) is essential for translation to elderly patients during medicine dispensing to ensure accurate instructions communicated

Prior clinic experience and/or familiarity with Clinic Assist programme is a bonus but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $400.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
