Are you a creative and talented 3D designer with a passion for bringing exceptional events, exhibitions, and luxury projects to life? We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the realization of captivating and immersive experiences in the world of events, exhibitions, and luxury endeavors.

Your areas of focus will be:

- Ideate, conceptualize, and design proposals that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Create initial design sketches and develop computer-generated 2D and 3D visualizations that bring concepts to life
- Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes, ensuring feasibility and precision in execution
- Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress, share ideas, and seek feedback
- Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and deliver high-quality output
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines
- Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a collaborative team. Propose design solutions that not only meet but exceed client briefs, demonstrating creativity and innovation
- Maintain workflow according to project schedules, ensuring that various tasks and deadlines are met consistently

You will need:

- At least 2 years of related experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, build, or luxury projects
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for interior design and luxury aesthetics
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.
- A strong sense of composition, realism, texture, color, lighting, and unwavering attention to detail. Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently In-depth understanding of the events and creative industry, current trends, and emerging technologies
