The EPC Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing energy efficiency projects within buildings, chiller plants, and other facilities. They collaborate with building owners, contractors, and energy service companies (ESCOs) to implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) and achieve guaranteed energy savings.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Identify energy-saving opportunities through energy audits and assessments.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for ECM implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute projects efficiently.

**Energy Efficiency Measures**:

- Evaluate and recommend ECMs such as lighting upgrades, HVAC system improvements, insulation, and renewable energy installations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the feasibility of proposed ECMs.
- Calculate potential energy savings and return on investment (ROI).
- Negotiate contracts with ESCOs or EPC firms.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor energy consumption and track actual savings post-implementation.
- Address any deviations from expected performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Collaborate with building owners, facility managers, and tenants.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and savings achieved.
- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that ECMs are implemented correctly and meet performance guarantees.
- Conduct periodic inspections and follow-up assessments.

**Reporting and Compliance**:

- Prepare reports for stakeholders, including energy savings reports and financial summaries.
- Comply with relevant certifications and standards (e.g., Green Mark certification).

**Job Requirements**
- Min. 8 years of experience in Energy Performance
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent
- Must be Energy Auditor registered with BCA
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Singapore Certified Energy Manager, LEED AP) are advantageous
- Experience in energy management, project management, or facilities management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with energy modelling software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
