**Responsibilities**:
**The Handyman will be responsible for**:
Performing various maintenance tasks including minor building repair works, electrical and mechanical work per established Work Health and Safety standards
Provide necessary work completion documentation as required
Ensure work is delivered and maintained within established performance indicators and agreed service levels
Conduct site rounds to determine and document any fault findings
Investigate minor building issues and conduct or coordinate repairs of equipment
Undertake additional duties as requested by Post Facility Manager or Account Leadership team
Respond with sense of urgency to any requests that may cause disruption to normal Post operations
Core Competencies

**The Handyman will demonstrate the following competencies**:
Proactive approach with good understanding of health and safety standards
Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels
Customer service and collaborative team player with willingness to assist other staff members as needed
Ability to manage multiple tasks to high standards
Ability to use mechanical tools in a safe and compliant manner
Ability to complete required documentation in English
Experience
High school qualification
5 years’ experience in similar role
Background in commercial building and/or residential complex with experience testing equipment
