- **Job Scope**
- Connect with internal stakeholders / ST Engineering’s lines of business to understand their requirements for new technologies and finetune areas for technology scouting and deal (collaboration opportunities or investment) origination
- Maintain and expand ST Engineeringe Ventures' network of venture capital and startup ecosystem
- Support the team in research and mapping of new technologies, and to identify relevant promising startups
- Support the team in initial investment evaluation and deal screening for startups
- Support the team in deal structuring and due diligence for investment (including market research, financial modeling and strategy) and to develop the strategic investment case in close collaboration with lines of business, to support investment decisions
- Support the team in monitoring, driving and reporting of collaborations with lines of business
- Support the team in monitoring, management and reporting of portfolio companies

**Preferred Experience / Requirements**
- Entrepreneurially minded and a strong team player with the ability to prioritize and manage many tasks in parallel
- Strong research, analytical, numerical and effective communication skills
- Keen interest in deep technology areas including AI, Cybersecurity, Communication, Materials, Robotics and Sustainability
- Good Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or Finance
- 5 years of work experience with demonstrated track record in work performance and ability to learn fast on the job
