**As the Head of Manufacturing, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing sites, driving production excellence, advancing manufacturing engineering practices, and successfully introducing new products to market.**:
**You will lead a cross-functional team comprising production, manufacturing engineering, and new product introduction team. Your strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for delivering high-quality, high tech equipment to our global customer base.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership to all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving operational efficiency and excellence.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end manufacturing process, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals across production, manufacturing engineering, and new product introduction functions.
- Collaborate with Design and Business Development teams to effectively introduce and qualify new products; continuing into mass production.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that incorporate industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving lean manufacturing principles and fostering a culture of innovation and process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain management, on-time delivery, and effective resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior manufacturing leadership roles within the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
- Prior work experience in operation management of contract manufacturing would be advantageous
- Strong background in production management, manufacturing engineering, and new product introduction.
- Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across departments and with executive leadership.
- Experience with global manufacturing operations and supply chain management is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
