**Financial Reporting (Assistant Manager to Manager)**:
Singapore | Full Time | Finance

The role will oversee all aspects related to the preparation of the financial statements and other reporting requirements. This will include preparation of monthly group consolidated reports, budget, year-end consolidated statements, and other regulatory and internal managerial reports.

**Some of the typical responsibilities will include**:

- Preparation of group consolidation statements
- Assists local accountants across regions to determine the accounting treatment and the implication to group reporting
- Prepare accounting technical papers and memos as required
- Participate in M&A activities and related technical accounting aspects.
- Manage external audits and reviews
- Prepare monthly management reports and analysis of performance drivers
- Assists in ad hoc tasks

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Experience in Big 4 or audit firms on Senior/Manager capacity
- Leadership skills including experience collaborating with a cross functional team and overseeing projects
- Experience in group consolidation

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in FinTech company would be advantageous
- Regional experience would be advantageous
- Technical accounting knowledge would be advantageous
