**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and design effective computer systems solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during system installations and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems, networks, and associated peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site, and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform system diagnostics, identify root causes of technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that systems are designed and configured to meet security and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Assist clients with data migration, system integration, and software updates.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
- Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities, including tender briefings, design reviews, technical discussions and client presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues methodically.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Valid Class 3/3A Singapore Driving license is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided for onsite visits.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- 60,000 SGD - 70,000SGD / annum, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
