**Responsibilities**:

- Stand, greet and smile to welcome all visitors and provide visitors with advice on proper conduct at the Gate or Visitor Services counter or during roving.
- Perform counter duties and housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures including opening and closing.
- Answer or redirect enquiries over telephone or walk-in enquiries at the Gate or counter.
- Provide assistance and information to all visitors.
- Collate daily visitor arrival figures and profiles.
- Distribute collaterals and surveys to collect visitor’s feedback.
- Conduct daily operational and amenities checks (including the replenishment of visitor collaterals)
- Prepare and guide visitors on the use of equipment.
- Facilitate group visits including meet-and-greet and space management.

**Requirements**:

- At least two (2) years of service experience
- Possess good communication and interaction skills.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Possess NSRS/WSQ Certificate
