**Statement Of Purpose _(Overall Purpose of Job)_**
Responsible for the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, sourcing & negotiation with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific:
- Responsible for the overall contract administration and liaison with the project managers and all relevant project staffs on contractual matters including extension of time, contractual claims, variations, and any other related loss and expenses claims to client and/or assessing and review of extension of time, variations, and any related loss and expenses claims by sub-contractors.
- Prepare pre and post budget, progress claims, variation claims, projected cashflow, tender documentations and final accounts.
- Cash flow management for project.
- Track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Sourcing, negotiation and procurement with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Raise queries on discrepancies in tender / contract documents / drawings.
- Acting as the main point on contact for clients, site and project managers.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
- Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
(B) General:
- To prepare cost estimates and submission of tenders / contracts.
- To maintain proper documentation for all tenders/ contracts.
- To coordinate and work with other departments.
- To engage, coordinate and oversee all tenders to ensure timely submission to Clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
**Job Requirements**
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/ Contract Law.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:
- Well-versed in Electrical tendering.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Independent & Team player.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Good in negotiation.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
(C) Experience:
- Preferably with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
