**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls
- Collaborate external auditors and support audit processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Work with ERP/accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle
- Use data analysis tools to generate reports and insights (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Partner with IT or business teams to automate or improve finance workflows
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with data tools or basic programming for automation (e.g., Python, SQL - a plus)
- Prior experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
