Daily Responsibilities:

- **1. Customer Interaction**:_
- Engage with visitors warmly, as if greeting a long-lost friend, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer any queries they might have, ensuring their questions lead to sales opportunities when relevant.
- **2. Sales & Promotion**:_
- Schedule and conduct club tours, showcasing our facilities to potential members.
- Introduce prospective members to our exceptional membership plans and pricing.
- Drive retail sales with confidence and expertise.
- **3. Facility Maintenance**:_
- Ensure the gym floor, restrooms, and equipment are clean, hygienic, and in top condition.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in the reception area, adhering to all required procedures and rules.
- **4. Administrative Assistance**:_
- Act as the essential support for the manager, assisting with daily operational tasks.
- Respond promptly to social media inquiries, providing valuable information that can lead to sales conversions.

- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
