**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Technology Consulting and Solutions team to ensure smooth delivery of Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance to design proposal.
- Work closely with Clients, displaying good client engagement skills and engaging at a high level of professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written, technical and non-technical communication skills. Experience developing customer-facing technical documentation required.
- Involve in semi‐complex or complex environments installation and configuration tasks.
- Take ownership of projects with domain specialization assigned by SIT Manager.
- Work well under pressure and demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Provide timely updates on project activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Services Delivery area
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot Systems, Storage, Backup (Spectrum Protect), Database (SQL, Oracle), Operating Systems and Application issues.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues even in unfamiliar environments.
- Experienced with the installation, configuration of Systems, Storage, Backup and Replication technologies.
- Must be a good team player and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently & ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, independent and result oriented.
- 24x7 on standby
