- Issue hire statements and freight invoices, ensure settlement of final hire, balance freight and finalize laytime calculation as per Charter Party;- Monitor and follow up on AR / AP to ensure timely receipts / payments;- Update database, collate and provide required data, statistics, analysis, evaluation and reports in a timely manner;- Prepare / check Charter Party, Addendum etc. and ensure proper documentation in place;- Monitor vessels’ movement for assigned vessels, ensure that Charterers’ requirements are met and in compliance with Charter Party, arrange for Owners’ matters as required;- Voyage planning, issue voyage instructions, monitor operations, daily speed / consumption, bunker remaining onboard, plan / arrange for bunker replenishment and ensure timely delivery, handle any issues that arise, ensure proper documents available, make recommendations to improve operational efficiency;- Negotiate with port agents and service providers for best possible prices, appoint and instruct port agents, weather routing and other service providers as required;- Check DA / invoices and liaise with relevant parties on cost reimbursements / payments;- Provide prompt support to internal and external parties;- Other works as assigned by the Manager or Management from time to time.**Job Requirement**
- Diploma / Degree in Maritime transportation or related major;- At least 2-3 years dry bulk shipping experience;- Knowledge of Charter Parties including post-fixture and operations work;- Good negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;- Attention to details, result driven, proactive team player;- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;- Good computer skills.**About **Cheng Xin ShipManagement Pte Ltd**
