**About Willowmore**:
We are a centrally located start-up technology company, specialising in Smart Access Digital Locks and we are currently experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to hire within our Technology Department and find someone who can support us through our next phase of development.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop project plans, set timelines, track progress, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), which includes user requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, implementation, and documentation.
- Maintain system & user documentation for module /functions developed.
- Evaluate and provide technical feedback on project requirements.
- To work as a team as well as work independently to resolve the assigned projects.
- To diagnose issues accurately and provide solution to improve the systems efficiency.
- Take ownership of the overall solution from conception, development to productization

**Qualifications**
- At least 6 - 8 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks. Language expertise in Java / C# / VB.net
- Strong Object-Oriented Design and Java Development Experience.
- Experience in AI Integration on Edge computing
- Familiarity with any Analytics and Reporting work is an added plus.
- Direct experience with Agile software development methodologies a plus
- Required language(s): English.
