Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to join our lean and agile team. You’ll work directly with our leadership to design, build, and maintain systems that support our operations, online platforms, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and solving operational problems. You’ll get to build tools, automate tasks, and integrate platforms — all while helping a real-world business run faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal web-based tools and apps
- Integrate third-party platforms using APIs or Agents
- Manage basic technical support and troubleshooting for operational tech platforms
- Work on automation pipelines for areas like CRM, order management, and inventory
- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand tech needs and propose practical solutions
- Maintain proper documentation and version control for in-house software
- Support ongoing digital transformation efforts with a real-world mindset

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (or similar languages)
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integration
- Working knowledge of tools like Replit, Shopify, Google Apps Script, or Firebase is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resourceful environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points
- Prior experience with internal tool development for SMEs or startups
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in F&B tech, logistics, or ERP systems
- Interest in digital transformation for physical operations

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
