**Location**:Central Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for service delivery to a portfolio of clients
- Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements
- Draft annual financial statements and related FRS/IFRS/US GAAP disclosures
- Perform capital calls and distributions
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines for GST, tax and annual filings
- Supervise team and ensure deliverables
- Undertake general administration and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance discipline of studies
- Professional accounting qualification is of an advantage
- Possess 5 to 7 years of Fund accounting experiences in the field of Private equity or Real Estate
- Good knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Great and effective communicator and works well as a team player
