We are partnering with a global Law Firm on their search for a **Senior Associate **.

The role will be responsible for:

- Advising clients on complex M&A and private equity transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including merger agreements, asset purchase agreements, and ancillary documents.
- Conducting due diligence, drafting due diligence reports and managing due diligence teams.
- Providing legal guidance on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve strategic objectives.
- Researching and analyzing legal issues related to M&A and private equity transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity at a reputable law firm.
- Common Law qualification.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, based in Singapore and overseas.
