**Responsibilities**:

- Service development. Identify areas of potential, plan, create and execute new beauty and slimming treatments and review existing spa treatments (involves liaising with product and equipment suppliers)
- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on in-house treatments, product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to help achieve KPIs.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to evaluate training results and gather feedback for any follow-up initiatives and to help meet KPIs.
- Recruitment of ground staff - therapists, sales consultants etc(skills test, conduct interviews, etc).
- Assist in operations and maintenance of outlets and equipment
- To perform any other job duties as required to support the centers to achieve targets.

**Job Requirements**
- Experienced in spa/beauty/slimming industry with a good sense of detail and ability to grow sales capabilities.
- Organized with good verbal and written skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Drive.
- Ability to influence and sell the training objectives

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
- Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetics.
