This position will also support the development and implementation of the segment specific sales and marketing strategies. **note: CD&S and related roles at the same level share a common job description** Principal Accountabilities: - Handles basic client requests and client service. - Leverages Info Source and other data sources to track, analyze and report performance against key metrics and activities. - May accompany senior sales staff on some sales calls. - Prepares presentations, tools and materials to support sales efforts. - Researches, analyzes and compiles segment, market trend and client intelligence data to improve sales prospecting and decision-making, and support new business opportunities. - Understand mechanics of CRM systems and navigates effectively to input and exports data. - Works with resources across the enterprise to assist in resolving support issues. Skills & Software Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
