As a Fund Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in our investment team. Your key responsibility will be to oversee the management of our investment portfolio, assessing the risk and return of individual investments, and making key strategic decisions. You will work closely with our executive team and analysts to ensure our investments align with our firm's strategic goals and generate the highest possible returns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the firm's portfolio of investments, making strategic decisions about acquisitions, exits, and portfolio management.
- Assess the risk and return of individual investments and the portfolio as a whole.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align investments with the firm's strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with fund managers, ensuring performance meets expectations.
- Work with analysts and associates to conduct due diligence on potential investments.
- Lead negotiations with companies and co-investors.
- Report on portfolio performance to stakeholders and board members.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry news to identify new investment opportunities.
- Comply with local and international regulatory requirements and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and private equity investments.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- In-depth understanding of the global financial market and investment strategies.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and legal procedures in Singapore and globally.
