Associate HR Systems Specialist

You will be a member of a team managing the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and projects. You will actively participate in activities such as analysing business requirements and system design, planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and sourcing for solutions to issues.
You will assist HR users with their operational needs and guide them towards leveraging and optimising our HR systems in line with our strategies. Collaborating with our IT partners, you will serve as a liaison between them and the users in troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will also assist the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) manager in implementing other strategic HR projects and initiatives, managing the department's IT assets, coordinating security access to systems, and performing various administrative functions.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Science with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resource or Information Systems. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful and proactive team-player who is able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC 6.0 - HCM (PA, OM, Leave, Benefits, PY, ESS/MSS), and Project Management would be an advantage.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
