DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, POLICY (NON-FARE ARRANGEMENTS)

**[What you will be working on]**

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills to join the Non-Fare Arrangements team in the Policy Division. The Non-Fare Arrangements team is part of the Commercial Arrangements Division, and plays a key role in formulating strategies and policies to maximise non-fare revenue potential of LTA’s existing and future public transport assets. The team’s responsibilities include:

- Developing and reviewing policies, frameworks and initiatives to optimise non-fare revenue across LTA assets, enhance vibrancy and value creation of the assets; with a focus on out-of-home advertising, retail activities and other innovative uses.
- Structuring commercial arrangements to ensure risks and rewards are allocated effectively among stakeholders.
- Working with internal divisions and government agencies to optimise design of new transport assets and refine regulatory processes to increase non-fare potential
- Facilitating innovative proposals for advertising and retail to enhance value creation of public transport assets

As part of the portfolio, you will be required to work closely with stakeholders in LTA, the Ministry of Transport and other stakeholders within the Singapore Government on the development and implementation of these projects.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Science / Social Science disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Possess the drive and resourcefulness to produce innovative solutions to address policy issues, and work well with other stakeholders.
- Able to think critically, write concisely and present clearly, with keen interest in analysis of economic trends and data
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and under pressure to deliver within tight timelines, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in financial risk management or commercial contracts will be an advantage
