**Roles**:

- Build and maintain business relationships to boost sales in assigned territories.
- Manage regional accounts, devise strategies, and create marketing plans.
- Organize seasonal sales and marketing conferences, and travel to client sites for presentations and product demos.
- Meet annual budget goals, oversee business development, manage operations, and handle the P&L for the golf business.
- Evaluate and manage the golf sales team, adjusting programs as needed.
- Assess buyer's business cycles to fulfill their current and future needs.
- Lead and motivate team members for improved performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, and provide timely reports on activities and customer statuses.
- Coordinate with Japan HQ for feedback on product development and marketing.
- Stay updated on current trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business activities.

**Requirements**:

- Passion and knowledge of Golf.
- Experience in distributor or wholesale business is a plus.
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with sales cycles and processes.
- Effective coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Team-oriented decision-making.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
