
Customer Service Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests during your assigned shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with products remotely.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the Jira system.
- Adhere to standard processes while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training materials.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a functional laptop with reliable high-speed internet connection for the shift duration.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, comfortable with remote communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in multitasking.
- Basic technical aptitude to understand medical device usage.
- Ability to stay calm and patient when dealing with difficult situations.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote support role.
- Proficiency with computer systems, digital communication/remote tools.
- Ability to work independently from home with mínimal supervision.
**Other Information**:
- Work from home
- $50 per shift with monthly incentive
- Two shifts available - AM (8am-4pm) and PM (4pm-12midnight).
- Shifts will be assigned by the Customer Support Lead (AM or PM).
- Training will be provided.
