**Job Summary**:
The main purpose of the position is to promote the artwork done by PWID from TOUCH Special Needs Group in the marketplace so that they can earn an income for themselves.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Secure new retail markets and corporate accounts to ensure market lead and meet sales target
- Source and coordinate production for corporate requesting for customisation from quotation to delivery of goods
- Manage current retail and corporate accounts from end to end to meet sales target
- Manage consignees’ account to ensure consigned retail space are well-stocked up and maintain desirable presence
- Manage livestreaming sales including sourcing for new partner hosts
- Coordinate roadshows, events and workshops to ensure market presence for the brand and exposure for the artists
- Attend to customers feedback and make rectification to issues raise by customers
- Responsible to drive, engage, optimize sales and enquiries on website
- Establish collaborations with other brands and work closely with them to ensure smooth project deliveries
- Build a sustainable sales income to support the business growth

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Able to do public presentation
- Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Doc, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop or Canva
- Intermediate skill in MS Presentation
