Our client is a premier financial institution committed to fostering a high-performance work culture and driving employee engagement. As part of their growing HR team, they are now seeking an **HR Specialist**to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Operations & Administration**:

- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and personnel records.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain HR systems (HRIS).
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with labor laws.

**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including documentation and benefits enrollment.

**Employee Relations & Engagement**:

- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.

**Performance Management & Training**:

- Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisals.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track professional development initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.

**Regulatory Compliance & Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and financial industry HR policies.
- Assist in HR audits, reporting, and regulatory filings as required.Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and advise on necessary policy updates.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and financial industry HR regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP) is an advantage.
