- Take care of store
- Plan Duty Roster
- Front desk duties like collect payments and book appointments
- Answer customer enquiries
- Promote massage services
- Guide customer do google reviews
- Escalate and assist in complaint case
- Propose store promotion
- Maintain stock
- End of day reporting and closing
- Customer service or retail work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good translation skill from English to Chinese
Work Location: Jewel Changi
Working timing: 11am to 9pm with different working day scheme.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: Up to $2,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Receptionist/Cashier: 1 year (preferred)
