Job Responsibilities:

- Creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycles; using both BIM and CAD
- Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models and update status of drawings and as-Built submission and material approval
- Well versed in BIM modelling; Revit, Naviswork and able to translate into 2D drawings
- Liaise with site teams for drawing execution
- Creation of SOPs and standardization of process flow

Job Requirements:

- With related experience in BIM modelling and BCA requirements
- Ethical and can be trusted with confidential information
- Ability to take an overall view and possess critical thinking abilities
- Working location: Tuas
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
