**Location**:Chennai, India

**Schedule**:

- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Perks: 11 days of home leave every 9 weeks

**Responsibilities**:

- Industry Expertise: Proficiency in manufacturing accounting tailored for industrial enterprises.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting, taxation, and economic laws.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans for equipment transactions.
- Language Skills: Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Global Engagement: Willingness to undertake business trips, particularly to India.
- Cultural Awareness: Prior experience working abroad, especially in India, is advantageous.
- Nationality Requirement: Open to individuals holding citizenship in India or Taiwan.
- Asset Report Coordination: Efficiently analyze and summarize asset reports.
- Transaction Mode Planning: Develop strategies for asset transactions.
- Idle Equipment Management: Identify idle equipment and promote its utilization.
- New Asset Projects: Facilitate and audit new asset projects effectively.

Skills and Abilities:

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical prowess.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative nature, adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Precise and meticulous attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in expense and fixed asset management within the manufacturing sector.
