**Job Descriptions**
- To review technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard required in the project.
- To deploy QA inspectors for project inspection activities.
- To review drawings, documents & weekly updated drawing register from document controller and distribute to project QA personnel.
- To administrate the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
- To monitor the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection & test plan and project quality requirements.
- Interface with Owner and class pertaining to quality related issues and technical and technical calibrations and queries.
- To handle and resolve quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production.
- To review documentation like painting specification, procedures, ITP, galvanizing procedures, TSA, PFP or any other procedures specified.
- To review and Prepare project Quality Induction, qualification test for blasters/painters and certify them.
- To coordinate with external party technical details. and co-ordinate with production department, the paint manufacturer and client representative.
- To resolves any technical problems or issues faced at the work site. Prepare a report if any coating failure.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Engineering from a recognized tertiary institute
- Possess professional certifications such as NACE Level II
- At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
- Strong knowledge in Surface Preparation and Coating work in the Marine or Offshore industries is required
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) is required
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
