**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and seasonal collections both online and offline.
- Work with internal teams to plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Liaise with creative teams and vendors for content creation, such as product photography, banners, and promotional videos.Manage marketing budget and track ROI for each campaign or initiative.

**Social Media**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Plan and schedule regular content posts, stories, and short-form videos aligned with brand voice and marketing calendar.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and monitor social sentiment.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners to boost reach and engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize accordingly.Stay updated with the latest platform trends and recommend strategies to keep the brand relevant.

**E-Commerce**:

- Oversee product listing accuracy and updates across online platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, K+W upcoming website).
- Coordinate within e-commerce team to ensure timely fulfilment, promotional syncing, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor sales performance, online traffic, and conversion data to improve listing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, order issues, and negative reviews on e-commerce platforms when necessary.
- Conduct periodic audits of listings and storefronts to maintain professional standards and brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (experience in retail or consumer products preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify (or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) is a plus.
