Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well Organized, Detail-Oriented, diligent, hardworking fast learners and Meticulous.
- Positive attitude and great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for basic Book Keeping, Journal entry and month-end closing activities.
- Processing of Sales invoices and Vendor invoices.
- Processing of payment & petty cash claims.
- To handle several Accounts Payable and Receivables entries.
- Check, follow up, chase and process payment, staff claims.
- Check daily invoices, settlement and bank statement.
- Assist in preparing month-end reporting.
- Knowledge of the account system (Quickbooks) will be an added advantage.
- Support accountants with the information that they required.
- Perform ad-hoc account or admin duties and tasks as assigned.
- General administrative duties or Ad-hoc duties as assigned
