**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Supports our 3 core sales channels globally (Institutional / Retail / Internal)
- Responsible for RFP delivery, from proposal assessment, drafting, reviewing, deadline management & submission.
- Establishes deliverables, priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval;
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information and Subject Matter Experts; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- Develops proposal by assembling information, writing, revising, and editing when required
- Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency and tone
- Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers
- Improves proposal writing results by evaluating and redesigning processes, approach and coordination
- Tailors and maintains standard RFPs
- Liaise with other business areas to obtain/maintain relevant sign-offs
- Maintain some of the company level information/Staff tracker/AUM/Bios
- Help maintain consultant databases and support reporting for membership bodies (e.g. UNPRI etc)
- Ensure internal procedures and compliance guidelines pertaining to RFPs are adhered to

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- A degree in Finance is preferred
- Relevant RFP / technical writing experience essential
- Knowledge of Qvidian preferable
- Excellent written English skills are essential, as is an ability to manage projects within a deadline-driven environment.
