Qhsse Admin

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintains a proper electronic and paper filing system within QHSSE department;
- Maintains and follow up on QHSSE related events and reports in the digital system with the relevant parties
- Assist QHSSE team members during coordination of external audits from Authorities or from third parties;
- Monitor incoming messages in QHSSE mailbox and keeps QHSSE team members informed;
- Assists QHSSE team members in planning periodic reviewing of QHSSE related documents, forms and processess
- Compiles tender for QHSSE-related procedures and records in consultation with QHSSE team members
- Assists QHSSE team members in planning and conducting ship shore drills
- Maintains and prepare QHSSE related statistics and analysis for external audits and Management review
- Coordinates appointments and meetings for the QHSSE Department and take minutes if necessary

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of MS-Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)

**Salary**: Up to $4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
