**ABOUT OCHE**

In October 2018, the world was first introduced to Oche when our flagship venue opened in Oslo, Norway. Our purpose was to pioneer a new kind of meeting place for friends, families, and colleagues—one that is inclusive and full of playful energy. **THE ROLE**

As our new Floor Staff at Oche Clarke Key in Singapore you will ensure that our guest experience is second to none and that you offer efficient and quality service to our guests throughout your shift. Working closely as a team you will support management at all times and will also help drive sales by offering excellent customer service at all times.

We want to create a work environment where all our employees feel ownership of the concept, and where everyone gets to develop both their professional and personal skills.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who loves working with people

Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is always thinking of ways to improve the customer journey.

Being a team player and helping others is something that will come naturally to you, and you will always be striving for perfection in the work you do.

We are looking for someone who is curious, patient, proactive and service minded and has a real passion for the food and drink industry.

**EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED**
- Good hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills.
