Singapore UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

Prepare and Review Instrumentation and Control specifications for Programmable logic controller/Distributed Control system (PLC/DCS) and Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and Instrumentation.
- Prepare and Review Control System Architecture diagram, Functional design specification (FDS), Process control narrative (PCN) and Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Prepare instrument datasheets and material requisitions.
- Prepare, Review and Assist subcontractor design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standards are met.
- Prepare all relevant checklist for Installation and Testing.
- Resolve all site technical relating matter.
- Assist and Collaborate with other project team members to comply with project requirements and meet project schedules.
- Ensure Client accepts and approved all ICA related installation and Testing.

**Design, Engineering, Supervision of installation & testing commissioning**:
- System Control PLC/DCS and SCADA.
- Input / Output list
- Cable support system.
- Cabling & Termination.
- Instruments and Panels Installation.
- FAT and SAT of Interfacing Panels, Instruments, Pumps, etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- EICA work experience, preferably in water/waste water projects will be an added advantage
OR
- Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in constructing and commissioning of instrumentation and control system.
- Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Instrumentation.
- Experience in Basic Programming of PLC/DCS and SCADA.
- Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client.
- Good technical knowledge in understanding electrical system.
- Good technical understanding of water, waste water and pollution control system.
- Relevant experience in design and site work for water and wastewater treatment works.
- Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Able to work in the Tuas South area.
