Assistant Inventory Controller

Reporting of raw materials and finished goods inventory according to count results.
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items are stock accordance with Warehouse management system.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Review documentation and monitor product code and expiry dates to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Review and implement improvements to existing work procedure.
- Track accuracy level and returns, defective/ expired items to inform QA decisions reference to (NCR & Disposal processes)
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review daily/ weekly/ monthly reports with superior or management.
- Nurture positive relationships with stakeholders and provide internal customer service as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and proper filing of documents
- Report any issues relevant to warehouse operations
- Involved Year-end stock take

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma / Any Major in degree
- 1-3 years Supply Chain / Warehouse experience
- Preferable in inventory management
- Experienced in ERP/ WMS and logistic Module
- Well verse in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good organization and management skills
- Detailed and Task oriented
- Proficient in data crunching/ analytical skills
- Fast learner, hardworking and able to work with minimum supervision

**Additional Info**:

- Reports to the Inventory Controller
- Normal Shift: 8 am to 5.45 pm
- Allowances benefit provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
