**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Freelance Accountant** to join our team and provide essential accounting services primarily remotely. The role offers the flexibility to work from home but requires on-site attendance at least once a month or as needed for key tasks such as meetings, audits, or financial reviews. If you are proficient in Tally accounting software, have a solid understanding of full-set accounting, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Accounting:

- Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Financial Reporting:

- Produce clear and concise reports to support decision-making, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.

Other Accounting Tasks:

- Assist with audits and tax inquiries.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in full-set accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively when on-site.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Remote Work: Flexible work-from-home arrangement.
- On-Site Requirement: Attend in-office sessions at least once a month or as needed for critical business requirements.
