Mechanical/electrical Engineer

Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction Industry
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Coordinate and manage M&E work on site.
- Monitor and attend to all inspection of M&E work to ensure it meets the specification.
- Oversee work progress and ensure the project is within the budget timeline/cost.
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
- Resolve technical complications and propose solutions to problems at site.
- Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works.
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
- To supervise and control M&E sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawing & etc
