- Lead and manage engineers
- Act as an escalation point for the team assisting in the swift resolution of priority incidents as well as coaching and mentoring when appropriate.

- Administration of internet routers, firewall/VPN and switches.
- Document the resolution of incidents and problems
- Work with customers, helpdesk, service manager, project manager, and vendor in problem-solving
- Work on technical issues with Vendors or Carriers technical assistance Support Centre and oversee or escalate each problem until resolution

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in a standby duty environment.
- Strong analytical; skills and has a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems.
- Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
- On-job training will be provided.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
