**Retail Supervisor - Job description**

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoy the dynamics of working in a tourist hotspot. If you love customer interaction and have a flair for selling, we are looking for you

Product training will be provided along with an attractive sales incentives tiered to team sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be an example to the team providing excellent customer service and embodies the good natured and friendly vibes as accordance to the Tintin brand.
- Maintaining visual display and getting the team to work together to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports / planning schedules
- Assist to maintain our online channels.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, willing to learn and a team player
- Experience in retail would be beneficial
- Able to work independently and in small teams.

Full timer - $2250 - $2500 (44 hours per week / 5 days work week)

No Quota for foreigners

Shop Operation hours - 1030am - 830pm

**Salary**: $2,250.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- retail (preferred)
