We are hiring a Senior Manager, Group Accounting and Consolidation. This role will be based in Singapore, reporting into Head of Group Accounting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, design and publish accounting policies and processes for the Group
- Manage and harmonize accounting policies throughout the enterprise, including integration of new acquisitions
- Control and maintenance of Group Chart of Accounts
- Provide advise on accounting topics to finance teams across the group
- Review annual report prepared by Group Accounting and Consolidation team
- Prepare monthly analysis of cash flow statements for management review
- Prepare special purpose report for lenders during quarter and year ends
- Setup and train a Group financial controlling team
- Assist Head of Group Accounting in any other matters
- Lead the group consolidation team for month end closing for the Auris II and WSA Group consolidated accounts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline from a recognized University
- 10 - 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a group accounting function
Prior working experience from an established accounting & auditing firm will be advantageous
Prior experience in policy setting will be required
- CA / CPA certified
- Agile and solution oriented
