Treehouse is looking for a **Marketing Executive** to coordinate our marketing efforts globally. Being at the forefront of financial innovation, the digital assets space is an extremely fast-paced, challenging and exciting field.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Develop or maintain a brand strategy, including style guidelines, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for both the short and long term-
- Plan, execute and manage communications across our media channels-
- Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches-
- Work closely with product managers to develop and implement community engagement strategies-
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items-
- Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis-
- Create and manage our press kits**Requirements**:
- 0 - 4 years of marketing experience-
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field-
- Knowledge of DeFi and blockchain space is a bonus-
- General knowledge of social media platforms. Such as Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and Discord-
- Proven experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch-
- Deep insights, analytics and digital marketing skills-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Ability to influence, inspire, and have open and sometimes, hard conversations-
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic environment-
- Eye for detail, resourcefulness, initiative and creativity-
- Understanding (non-executional) of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)-
- Basic knowledge of branding, layout, colour theory (aspects of branding design)-
- Self-motivation and driven, with a goal-oriented mindset-
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines-
- Fluency & proficiency in English (Both written and spoken)**Company Description
