**IT Business Analyst**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hands-on IT Business Analyst to support the discovery work and deliver Marsh global tech strategy for fiduciary program. IT Business Analyst is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of technology
- and process-based solutions. In partnership with business leaders, clients and vendors, identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement the solutions. **We will count on you to**:

- Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Creates business and functional user specifications for new fiduciary system in coordination with operations, finance colleagues, technology analysts, external vendors and consultants.
- Provides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
- Identifies, verifies and documents functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools.
- Analyzes new and existing products, procedures, and workflow needs
- Analyzes, designs, redesigns and documents “as is” and “to be” business processes.
- Reviews and ensures that requirements and processes meet established quality standards
- Ensures development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Conducts/facilitates acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts.
- Develops and delivers training and supplemental materials.
- Partners with Business/IT in define and management of scope with each release.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully fulfilling the role of a Business Analyst within an insurance industry environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working on a wide range of projects.
- Demonstrable experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly emerging requirements
- Ability to elicit, articulate and document process modeling, business requirements, description of business context using scenarios and user stories.
- Must have strong Business Process Analysis, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and a proven ability to gain consensus and sign off.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with IT and business managers
- Hands-on experience on SQL database queries.
- More than 10 years of experience in analyzing business problems and designing successful solutions.
- Ability to speak Asian language is preferred.
