- Collaborate closely with external teams and partners in implementing project performance to timeline and budget. Performance includes P&L and customer satisfaction targets.
- Highlight potential breakthroughs in areas of cost improvement or revenue growth during the planning process.
- Analyse market, competitor and customer to support the strategic management process.
- Implement, review and improve Internal control and processes.
- Engage with regulators to review, clarify and implement processes and systems to comply with regulatory requirements including standards compliance.
- Attend or host conference events.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a professional services / Consultancy business or an equivalent startup with background on operations, strategies and finance
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or a relevant role.
- Experience in business development will be a plus.
- Has a good attitude, values hard work and is immensely results-driven
- Has clarity of ideas/proposal, data-driven and analytical.
- Understands business strategy and focus on the details.
- Aware of cybersecurity markets, competition, and business models.
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Degree in computer science, equivalent field or professional certifications

**Preferred Qualifications**

Possess good network and strong knowledge of target markets
